For nearly twenty years, OneBookShelf has provided RPGs in electronic format for fans of the medium around the world. Over time, our family has grown, and we are now proud to work with the industry’s best creators to offer roleplaying games, comics, fiction, cards, and war games to over a million fans. We would not be here today without amazing fan communities and the creators who tell their incredible stories. Thank you all.

Several months ago, OneBookShelf started on an adventure. Our goal was simple: to update the OneBookShelf brand to demonstrate our love and care for our community, our creators, and our publishers. We want to make sure our family of sites does the best that it can to provide an excellent experience for everyone that visits. We want you to love the adventure of exploring and discovering amazing titles each and every time you visit.

Now that's a fashion statement

Our first step was updating our company brand. The changes to our logo design are not revolutionary, but evolutionary, since what OneBookShelf is hasn’t changed. We’re just refreshing things a bit.

We want our brand to represent our goals every day — to fill your virtual and physical bookshelf with amazing stories and games to share with friends and family, and to provide creators a place to share their works. Our logo needed to marry fun and professionalism.

As for colors, DriveThruRPG was our first marketplace, so using its red in our logo pays homage to our roots.

DriveThruRPG, DriveThruComics, DriveThruFiction, and DriveThruCards: These are our some of our core sites you all know and love. The “DriveThru” brand is where it all started. This redesign was a tough nut to crack. The DriveThru logos are dear to us, and they have been around for a long time now. Our brand is the face of so much of what we are, and we wanted to make sure that loving, fun, quirky spirit it holds carried on into its next iteration.

We knew the arrow and the font style had to stay. They are what made the logo so memorable. Knowing that, after multiple iterations, we feel we did the old logos proud.

In thinking about new logos, we decided this was the perfect time for us to revisit the main colors of our four major DriveThru brands. While we still love the colors at their core, but we felt some slight tweaks could give them a bit more life and play nice with one another.

With all these branding changes coming, we are both proud and excited to announce that all of OneBookShelf's sites are currently undergoing a massive visual and experiential overhaul. We can assure you, we are taking our time to do this right. We want to make the experience of using our marketplaces as easy and enjoyable as possible.

This redesign will allow us to better highlight the things we do well, fix some of the rough patches in our overall design, and set ourselves up to take our experiences to new heights in the coming years.

Here is just a little sneak peak of what is to come.

Mobile is also getting a facelift. Gone are the days of disparate sites; our new redesign will be fully responsive across all devices!

We also have a new set of Best Seller badges coming for our publishers and creators! With this new design, we want your achievements to be shown off in style.
